So I was checking my paid history and found this

So basicly, is it because of downtimes or what? Can I gain them manually? Or just luck! Thanks

It's a kind of refund for downtime or any other kind of problem Blizzard had. As far as I know, you can't get them manualy/on demand.

Shame Well it was in wows earlier days! So much more bugs back then and downtimes that lasted for a day or so could explain it!
