Hands down Uncharted 1 and 2 (equally). Can't wait for Uncharted 3. MGS4 is in a very close 2nd.

Uncharted 2 was awesome, agreed.
I had tons of fun with Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
And lately, Bayonetta kept me entertained (in many senses).People take stupidity to a whole new level when they sit in front of a computer.

I enjoyed both of the Uncharted games very much.
Motorstorm was awesome.
And although they're considered "kiddie games", the Ratchet and Clank series never die for me :3
Oh and almost forgot Darksiders, awesome game too.

The story, gameplay and graphics is just awesome
But Uncharted 1 & 2 is also awesome, im really looking forward to the 3..

Ah so many options to pick here, currently having a blast in MK9
But mostly ACreed:B for online fun, Bioshock for amazing story, Bayonetta for the best combat ever.
There are many more great games which makes it really hard to pick one :P I think in general game makers have been getting better and better and delivering the sense of epicness.
