    scam or real?

    Battle.net Account - E-mail Address changed
    From:
    "WoWAccountAdmin@blizzard.com" <WoWAccountAdmin@blizzard.com>
To: ----------(blanked out for obvious reasons)

    Hello,

Blizzard Entertainment recently received a request to change the e-mail address used to log in to the Battle.net account with the username removed. The e-mail address a***@hotmail.com has been specified as the new username for this Battle.net account. An email has been sent to this new address containing a verification link to complete the change.

Once the new address has been verified, the e-mail address -----(blanked out for obvious reasons) can no longer be used to log in to this Battle.net account or any World of Warcraft accounts merged with this Battle.net account.

If you did not initiate this request, please click here to contact the Billzzard Billing & Account Services team immediately.

    sincerely,
    The Battle.net Account Team

the click here link takes you to link removed

however when i go to click there my firefox says "Warning! It appears that you are about to access a website that has non-standard web address format. Such sites may contain harmful entities such as viruses. We recommend you use extreme caution. Please change your preferences if you do not want to see this message again." = why I'm concerned

Fake, and that link is bad, so I removed it. Also removed an email address.

Really? Really? Look at that url and tell me if you think it is real. Congratulations on clicking one of the most incredibly obvious fake urls I have ever seen. Also, edit it the hell out of your post before somebody comes along and clicks it.

Yes it is fake. Blizzard doesn't operate from account-email.net.

Closing this, as I think we've fully established an answer.
