We are currently 8/13 heroic, working on Nefarian with expectations of him being our 9th heroic kill this lockout. BTM only raids 14 hours a week, Sunday-Wednesday 8:30-12:00 EST. Long version

Bless the Martyr is a 25 man Horde raiding guild on Shadowmoon. We were formed in September of 2010 on Sen’jin and transferred as a guild to Shadowmoon in November of 2010. The sole purpose of forming BTM was the defeat of Heroic Lich King 25 man before Cataclysm hit, which we were successful in doing at US 208, with only one raider having a previous kill under their belt. While we are not an old and long in the tooth guild we are also not a guild freshly formed with the launch of Cataclysm.

We will be able to provide you with an active (meaning not just logging on for raids) guild. You'll find many members pvping, leveling alts, running heroics, going for achievement runs and the like. We are not a PG-13 guild, as most discussions are of the adult nature in both mumble and gchat. We do not however have a minimum age limit, and most of our members are in their mid 20’s. We will provide cauldrons, feasts, gems, Maelstrom crystals at a very steep discount (while in your trial, if you pass you get them free) for the BIS enchants, as well as repair allowance on raid nights. We will also of course provide you a progressive and stable raiding environment - we keep the roster lean so we do expect 90% attendance. We never recruit for the bench, and while all players will sit from time to time, if we are recruiting you we feel that you can out perform someone in our current raid or are looking to fill an empty slot.

We do expect you to constantly theorycraft, know your rotation, stat weights, BIS enchants and gear like the back of your hand. We expect BIS enchants and BOEs where applicable with how easy gold is to make at this point in time. We also expect you to know the value of pre-potting (even healers, so what if there is nothing to heal the first 15 seconds, get DPSing) and using them at appropriate times during the encounters. Having a bit of your own food and a few flasks in instances where you are one of a few to die, or if you are not in when the cauldron is dropped, is also something we look at. No drama is tolerated, so if you have been told you cause it you may as well just move along now because it is dealt with swiftly.

All new boss kills will be documented with a professional quality kill video. Of late multiple people have been recording and we have gotten out a few multi-POV videos and look to continue to do so going forward, so if your rig can handle it here is a chance to be on Youtube as well!

Choice is a semi-hardcore raiding guild founded two years ago by a
group of friends interested in high level content in World of
Warcraft. We have a number of players who participate in PvP, and a
great collection of “Friends and Family” members who play casually and
enjoy the social aspects of life in a guild , but 25-person end-game
raiding is our focus.

Our Raiding Philosophy:

We are casual in terms of the hours we play, but not in how we
approach raiding. We work as a team, and every raider is expected to
contribute to the group’s success. We expect players to keep their
main toons in top shape for our level of progression with appropriate
specs, mods, gems, profession perks, enchants, consumables, etc.
Two-way Ventrilo communication is required, and raiders must have
hardware that will not adversely affect their play. Our officers post
boss strategies on our guild forums, and members are expected to
review them and offer feedback before we attempt encounters. We expect
players to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their class. Nearly all
of our raiders are proficient theorycrafters who stay current with all
of the relevant class and strategy guides.

We’re selective in extending invitations, and we continue to evaluate
players throughout their time in the guild. We expect all of our
raiders to perform at a high level, and when members fail to meet
expectations, our officers will meet with them individually to discuss
strategies for improvement. Most of our officers and long-term members
are adults in their late 20s to early 40s and understand the need to
treat members with respect and dignity. We don’t, however, allow
consistent under-performers to hold back the entire group.

We strive to keep the atmosphere in our raids professional and
focused, yet relaxed. We enjoy some friendly banter between players,
but we try to keep it within reason so as to make the most of our time
together. Since we don’t raid longer, we have to raid smarter.

Our Schedule:

Our progression raids are Wednesday, Thursday and Monday from 6:00 to
9:00 p.m. Pacific time (that’s 7-10 Mountain, 8-11 Central and 9-12
Eastern). When we're working on particularly challenging content, we
will occasionally extend raid times by an hour. Our raiders are
expected to have consistently good attendance, and members who are not
able to keep up with our schedule (subject to occasional scheduled
breaks, of course) will be returned to regular member status. Members
who wish to return to raiding must go through the same application
process as prospective new raiders. We prefer not to over recruit or
to recruit benchwarmers, so raider attendance is very important. On
off-nights, we’ll schedule 10 person efforts for alts and our Friends
& Family members.

Choice finished Wrath with 11/12 Hardmode Kills in ICC25, and we had
roughly the same level of progression in Tier 8 and 9 content. We
don’t strive for server-first achievements, but we do expect to
complete all realistically available content, including hard modes and

We are a twenty-five man raiding guild. With little exceptions, we raid twenty-five man content and nothing else.

<Integrity>, on the US PvE server, Stormrage, was formed in January of 2008, and has since become one of the strongest progression guilds on the server, with an excellent server reputation and a friendly guild atmosphere. We're a small guild (35 or so active raiders) of mature (all 21+, mostly 24-33), respectful, fun individuals who value Integrity for kick ass raiding and for the great people who fill our ranks. We're looking for long-term members - people who love this game and are always in the business of maximizing their character and learning how to beat the game every time new content is released. We're all about progression raiding (achievement focused, ended WotLK highly ranked, US20ish), but our members enjoy running 10 mans (on alts) and Rated Battlegrounds on off-nights


► DETAILS ◄


<Integrity> uses a modified point-based DKP system that rewards attendance and discourages point hoarding. Items cost a percentage of your DKP rather than a fixed amount and your total will never drop below 0. You will never find yourself digging out of a deep DKP hole in our system.

All raid consumables are provided for each member by the guild bank. This includes flasks, food, resist pots and enchanting materials. Donations by members to the guild bank are encouraged and rewarded (via reduced DKP decay), but not required. We know the commitment to raiding can be very time intensive and we try to reduce the farming costs so members can enjoy other aspects of the game or real life! While we do not have a set attendance policy, we do not consider applicants who have regular conflicts on our raid nights, but we do understand that things come up from time to time. Raids are relaxed and often entertaining, but we go from laughing to professional the moment it's needed. We're not out to waste anyone's time, so we raid to take down content as efficiently as possible.

We have low player turnover (10 on the roster at the end of Wrath of the Lich King from Sunwell days!), attributed to our professionalism and stability. We have a good culture of respect and camaraderie, which helps maintain an enjoyable atmosphere to raid, hang out, play alts etc. We're not looking for people who have no room to grow as players; we are looking for team players and good guildies - as a top US 100 guild we do not have to settle for amazing players who are totally rotten people, but we will also not take wonderful people who are unable to hold their own in our raids. Im not sure if your still looking for a guild or not. I saw your later post about your friends looking for a guild as well. We are on Thrall and are a Horde guild. <Tact> raids 2 25 man teams a week. I didnt see anything about what times you were looking for, so i assume your pretty open about when you raid. We are a late night guild. Red group, which raid friday/saturday 11pm-3AM and sunday 9pm-1AM is heavily recruiting to fill a few spots. We desperately need a boomkin. We also have other openings, which im sure some of your friends would fit. We are Currently 6/7 Firelands

Raid Times:
Fridays - 25 man Raid night 11pm -3AM EST
Saturdays - 25 man Raid night 11pm -3AM EST
Sundays - 25 man Raid night 9pm -1AM EST

We ask that you please make sure you are on 15 minutes before raid start, with consumables, ready to go.

TACT is done by loot council, and the loot will be distributed evenly among those who we feel are doing their best job with what they have and who deserves it the most. Our objective is to get people evenly geared that are dedicated to raiding and thus progressing the guild as a whole.

The guild that ALL of us derive from has achieved 12/12 Heroic ICC 25 and 10 man with server first and the only Heroic LK kill on the server along with server first Frostwyrms in both 10 and 25. Heroic Halion 25 and 10 down as well as Server First Insanity 5/5 TOGC Grand Crusader, Ironbounds+Alg, Black Drakes.

We are looking for any class that can prove themselves to be a good player, and a willingness to push for a continuation of our server firsts here on thrall.

Our current recruitment needs with emphasis are:

Expectations:
Our best members are passionate about their classes and roles. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, take constructive criticism objectively, and always consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory. They are prepared to adapt to random situations they may encounter and have no issues with being aware of their surroundings. If you think you have the talent and attitude to belong in a stable progression-focused guild, we would love to see an application from you.
