Little confused on with some spells here. My sneak is maxed and perked all the way as well as illusion but some things just seem to detect me so easily still even after casting invisibility?? Its more noticable with guards.
Also my mayhem spell doesnt seem to effect most things including guards...
Noise?
If not that there is one place where I'm always noticed regardless how much stealth I have or if I'm invisible. Its rather spoiler stuff so I wont be mentioning it now (there have been people talking in this thread even recently that have just played the game first time so I will not spoil stuff). It is related to certain guards.
Some dragons are also hard to stay unnoticed.
noise is a factor too, your armor type is a biggie in that regard. also some enemies will detect you easier than others and some enemies will detect you no matter what
Ah i found the problem. Seems that shadow of noctornal or whatever interferes with sneaks shadow warrior... no wonder i could rarely sneak :/
I have these boots that say "sneaking is 15% better" will it have any effect on me since i have maxed sneak and its perks?

Go pretty much pick and choose through this whole guide.
I'm not sure which is more addicting, searching for and playing with new mods in Skyrim...or crack. >_>;;
Dragon attacks at first were exciting but now they are just boring :|
So does anyone know of a great mod that improves the overall feel of the combat? Feel like playing this game again but the lack of "bomp" when you hit the enemies is really offputting. Like hitting them with a wet noodle.
That's one thing I've never heard anyone say about this game. I've actually heard lots of complaints about how overdone the physics are to where there are mods for more realistic ragdoll. As it is I can shoot someone with an arrow or hit them with an axe and they go flying a football field away flopping through the air like we're filming a dubstep video.

This or this.

I can empathize actually, grabbing a sword and whacking on enemies that essentially are health sponges does feel like "hitting them with a wet noodle", I experience this a lot.
I rather have the enemies have more realistic health (i.e. less than vanilla), but better AI and damage done.
"In order to maintain a tolerant society, the society must be intolerant of intolerance." Paradox of tolerance
I guess I can't relate too well because I didn't play much of vanilla before going with tons of mods, including combat ones. I'm primarily a stealth archer now, so I haven't played up close since my wee days as a recently escaped convict. I just remember things exploding from the raw power of my arms and it was quite silly, but enjoyable.
