Welcome to The Exiles, Recruitment thread.
Horde PvE guild <The Exiles> Twisting Nether - 10 man raid guild - (Guild lvl 9) are recruiting for Cataclysm raiding. We started Cataclysm raiding soon after the release of Cataclysm. We are currently looking for extraordinary members to join our ranks.
The core members of our guild are built up of experienced raiders and extremely good players, who have played with each other for a while now.
Just a note - Wow progress doesnt show our heroic Halfus kill
What we're expecting from you:
-Full knowledge of your class (including all specs, talent builds and upcoming changes)
-Performing at your best, every raid night whether its a wipe night or farm night.
-100% attendance
-Correctly itemized gear/gems
-Suitable raiding professions
-Turning up with flasks and buff food
-Ventrilo (We prefer people to have microphones for communication during raids)
Currently the people in our Guild master and Officer ranks are only there to manage guild kicks along with making guild events on the calender, In our eyes all of our Raiders have the same authority, No exceptions.
What can we offer you:
- Dedicated, experienced and friendly Leadership.
- Efficient use of the time. When we're raiding around 12 hours a week we don't have time to fool around during raids.
- A chance to see most of what Cata-raiding can offer us.
- A social guildchat with great discussions
- Offdays from raiding where other things can be arranged, should the need rise, such as doing old-school achievements, ICC-mount achievement, PvP, old-school raids etc. We are always open to suggestions from our members.
Raid times:
Wednesday - 8PM-12PM Server time
Sunday - 8PM-12PM Server time
Monday - 8PM-12PM Server time
We also may raid on Thursday depending on the demand of the members.

Everyone can apply and will be considered.
Were mainly recruiting Socials (Along with fill in members for raids since people will be away during the summer)
Please note we do also do research into logs such as World of Logs.
(We are open to all applications so if you think you can out perform some of our people, you will be tested and they will be replaced. this applys to all of our raiders.)
Our focus:
We aim to clear all content that Blizzard throws at us, to climb to the top of the ranks is our main goal and we intend on doing just that. If you have similar goals and think you can push yourself to achieving this with us then apply!
We do also take social players, people who would like a nice fun environment while leveling, or to use the guild for group finding, so you dont have to wait in the long 30 minute queue.

We are open to have cross realm recruitment, if you are from another realm and are intrested please make a char on Twisting Nether and contact 1 of the people online.
