Irelia has OP abilities, changing numbers will just band-aid it, needs at least rework similar to Xin had in my opinion. Orianna used to be fair when her difficulty was true to the displayed one. With massive global cooldown reduction, she's a joke. She's now as rewarding as the hard version she used to be, without being actually hard.
And add in Wukong as well :d.
