I barely felt those Eve nerfs when I played her today. The only one that made a difference was the ult CD nerf, but that just meant fewer engages with it up. I still killed everyone.

I haven't gone around to try it yet due to college work and stuff.

I haven't tried Riven though I imagine she's in a similar spot. The regen will hurt a little in lane and she will need to be more defensive, but none of her power is gone. With ult, she will still nom your face. However, harassment will stick more and her ult won't be up as soon as you get back in lane.

To my knowledge there is not. EUW has the most active players on MMO-C, so they have had a chat channel forever. We just made on on NA a few weeks ago.

There is. Solely on account of my automatically joining it soon as I start LoL. Apparently setting it on auto-join for West also added it for East. To my knowledge, I'm the only person there.
