There's no Rift forum because there's no Rift discussion aside from a few posts a day. 90% of the Rift discussion is a couple of guys raging and creating threads about how Rift is so much better than WoW. (Also applies to any new MMORPG)

I don't have anything against Rift discussions, I played Rift, I enjoyed Rift. But on MMO-Champion forums, we don't have anyone who actually want to discuss the game, just some attentionwhoring with catchy titles to tell everyone how wrong they are and how the original poster is awesome.
