Soloing stuff

I've just canceled my sub and in the last few days of my gametime I'm thinking of soloing som stuff. I got a warrior, rogue and warlock at 85, all of them PvP geared. So now my question is: What should I be able to solo? What specc to use etc would be awesome to know =P
