    A few things to note:

    1. The only reason Theralion's Mirror is better is because of the intellect. The Mastery proc on it is fairly weak (because Mastery for shadowpriests is fairly weak), and only decent because of our trick of extending the benefit of it. If it were some other stat the Bell would be better.

    2. The Bell is our 3rd BIS trinket. It's still a good trinket, so don't just throw it away if you can get it.

    3. Don't just sim your character and blindly accept whatever it tells you. Simcraft for shadowpriests these days can produce some pretty misleading stat weights. You should stick to Int > haste > hit/spirit > crit > mastery as a general rule, regardless of what the sim tells you.

I disagree with the phrasing that TM is "only decent" after abusing the proc. It's an average trinket if you ignore the proc, but if you exploit it well and often, its an amazing trinket, and the one from Hyjal rep in 4.2 will be a great pair with it, I think. It'll take some skill, but staggering the use of the daily trinket with TM's proc should be very powerful.
