HealBot dispel doesn't work out of combat

For some reasons I'm not quite comfortable with the addon's default approach to healing - different buttons and modification used for certain spells. So I just changed LMB to target, so I could do everything myself. And some time after I noticed that when I select dispel and try to click on the player's frame it doesn't do anything if I'm out of combat.
Did anybody have the same problem? And how can I fix this?

Do you have like SmartCast turned on? Check those settings.
