New alchemy potion/elixir/trans master quests in 4.1 ?

I took a break starting two weeks before 4.0.6 was patched in. I decided to level a different toon, on a different server, on the Horde side just for something new a few weeks ago.

I'm skilling up Alchemy, and it came time to look for the transmute master quest in Outland on wowhead.

I found these heartstopping gems:

4.1 Transmute quest?
4.1 Elixir quest?
4.1 Potion quest?

However, I can't find any additional information anywhere.

Do these really exist at 75 in Dalaran, or should I just go buy my Primal Mights now?

Just do the old BC potion master quest, and pay the 150g fee to drop it and then train Xmute specialist. It's far cheaper on most servers to do it this way.
