    On 1920x1200?
Probably will do fine. Although mass PvP like in AV when everyone is in the middle even hurts the the system more than a regular 25man

It seems I'm alone right now :'(
    Nobody to back me up.

Technically that PC should be able to play WoW on Full HD on very high/ultra settings (save for shadows), but realtime FPS is something different.

lol. Yes It should do just fine. as pointed out though, you probably won't be able to run shadows on full.

That card runs Crysis 2 at 1920x1080 on high with no AA at about 30fps.. So it should be fine

Personally i would ditch 4gb of that ram (Only use 4gb total) and get a slightly higher model of card.

It won't be able to run WoW on ultra for anything other than 10 mans and HCs. Certainly not 25 mans, you'd want a much more gaming orientated CPU, from the Sandy Bridge range, even the i3 2100 beats the crap out a Phenom 955 in WoW FPS.

But for Arena yes, BGs other than 10/15s, not likely. You might get <30 fps.

The card isn't the issue here, WoW demands a lot from the CPU, not the GPU.

On high? On that graphics card with that resolution? No.

60 fps? On that CPU in 25m raids, AV and the like? No.

You want something beefier or settle with lower framerate and/or settings.

Everyone in this thread is talking alot of crap.

You'll run WoW on ultra in 5 mans with atleast 200 FPS with Vertical Sync toggled off.

    You'll run fraps @ 30 fps with 0 issues.

WoW doesnt even use half of the ram you're getting.

You'll have over or around 120 FPS in 25 mans and AV's.

Source? My cousin has the exact same setup

    Also he has a 1920 x 1080 monitor.

Granted he plays with Shadows turned off

Perhaps a step or two above that since lowest settings could be compared to something from the Nintendo 64

    reediting my answer:

    1. I hope he's not running w/o vsync then. But outdoor instances (like that tol'vir city thingie and the like) usually end up with way lower framerate compared to an indoor instance.

    2. No

My former i5 2500k bottlenecked by my 450 gts begs to differ.
You won't run full Ultra with those settings, unless you turn down multisampling and shadows. Otherwise, you should be okay.

It will perform passably, but not brilliantly. The Athlon II is AMD's low end chip, so you're getting a low end processor and a low end video card. WoW will run on Ultra, but how smooth it will be, I don't know.

Are you building a new computer for yourself? What's your budget?
    Super casual.

Then you're likely going to pay a lot for it too. What's your budget?

Then what are you asking us for? You'll see when it arrives, silly :P.

It's best to ask questions about or research how a part will perform before you buy it.
    Super casual.
