    Case Fans

Hey guys! I just built a rig with the Cooler Master HAF 912. It came with two stock fans so what I need is one frontal 120mm, one 120mm on the side, and two 120mms on top OR a 200mm. Now by no means am I an expert as this is my first build, but I heard that getting good fans is very important, due to their life span, effectiveness, and bang for buck. I probably won't be overclocking like a mad man so there isn't a need to replace the stock fans, although I might if it ends up looking ugly :P So I just want to know what suggestions you guys have for what are good fans, and if I should go for two 120s up top or one 200 or what? Thanks!

A good 20CM fan is hard to find, but will edge out 2 12CM's in performance and sound.

Bugger moves a lot of air.

A lot of 20CM fans won't fit other cases.
In hindsight, 2 12CM fans will probably provide little difference in terms of noise and performance, and be easier to find. And both need to fail for your top exhaust to fail, whereas only your 20 cm fails and you lose your top exhaust.

A lager fan typically moves more air and is usually quieter. I have the HAF 932 and I like the large fans, they move a good amount of air and nearly silent.

I found http://www.frozencpu.com to be good place to find various size fans.

If you can deal with having a jet plane engine next to you it's second to none
