Warrior Stance Dance Macros

So I have been manually switching stances from Arms -> Fury and back during my rotation to keep the extra 3-4% dmg going, but would love to be able to locate the post someone made a little while back with a bunch of stance dance macros. (I have been looking for an hour now and can't find he thing).

They are the ones that are linking every standard Arms rotation spell (All but OP that is) to Fury, and back to Arms again for OP.

Any help would be awesome, and my left hand will love you for it. (Not in the Biblical sense however).
