Which laptop is better?

GPU - AMD Radeon HD 6650M
Resolution - 1366 x 768
HDD - 500GB Sata 5400rpm

OR

Acer Aspire AS5742G-6600
CPU- Intel Core i5-480M 2.66GHz 3MB L3 Cache Turbo Boost up to 2.93GHz
Memory - 4GB DDR3
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
Resolution - 1366 x 768
HDD - 500GB Sata 5400rpmng

I'm thinking the second one is better because of the faster CPU but I'm curious on the graphics card. I'm going to be playing games like WoW, League of Legends, and some steam games nothing really heavy GPU dependent. I'm also trying to stay around $700, what you guys think?

I'm going to say Acer Aspire AS5742G-6600.
Both GPU's are pretty much similar, but the i5-480M is better than the Phenom II.

The second one is better indeed, it's got a better CPU. As for the graphics card, it shouldn't matter too much.

Just out of curiousity though, does it have to be a laptop? Just wondering because a PC with that budget can be pretty sick.
