    <Night Watch> New, but 3/13 hard modes. LF 1 TANK 10pm-1am PST Tues/Wed/Sun

<Night Watch> hard modes in only 6 weeks of raiding; Recruiting for 10pm-1am PST

Are you serious about your leisure time? How does playing to your full potential for 180 minutes and then getting back to your real life sound to you? If phrases like, "quality over quantity," "chain-pulling," and "camaraderie," go hand-in-hand with, "fun," in your mind, keep reading...

Our mission is to defeat all 10 man heroic modes while they are current content. We cultivate a friendly atmosphere and a fair degree of professionalism while maintaining a healthy perspective. Our raids are highly focused and productive to both maximize our limited raid time, and allow us to enjoy all the other things life has to offer.

Night Watch is made up of people who are:

    •focused
    •responsible
    •self-critical
    •willing to learn
    •self-driven
    •good teammates

Night Watch has been recruiting and raiding for a few weeks now, and we're pretty pleased that the Red Team has already downed Halfus, Atramedes, and Chimaron on hard mode. The team is currently working on hard mode Maloriak and Magmaw. (We have also formed a new Blue Team due to the number of inquiries we have received, which raids Thurs/Fri/Mon.)

Obviously, we got a late start with tier 11, but frankly, we'd be further progressed if we hadn't lost two tanks on the same day to a change of jobs and a nasty hand/arm injury. We've progressed from 1/13 to 3/13 with offspec/alt tanks anyway, but the pace did slow as a result. The point is, we're serious about our raiding, and successful at progressing at a good pace. We decline applicants or bench people, even folks we really like, if they are slowing us down or don't have hard mode aptitude and attitude.

Red Team raids 10pm-1am PST Tues/Wed/Sun and is accepting applications for the following:
Tank: 1; Warrior or Pally > DK >>> Bear
Warning: Our back-up tank options are all very good, so we can afford to be picky.

We require a World of Logs parse or similar report from all applicants, even if it's just Baradin Hold as a PUG. This is a helpful filter for people who are more serious about progression raiding from the those who don't really know what that means.

    Our raiding in a nutshell:
We expect 75% attendance or 9 raids (of 12) in any four week period.

All raiders should have a boss mod (e.g., DBM) and Vent. Additionally, healers are expected to have suitable raid frames and some way of casting with the mouse (e.g., Clique, mouseover macros, etc.).

Loot uses a main spec > off-spec open roll system with a master looter for transparent, common-sense filtering.

Update: Gained a great bear tank app, declined an ok warrior app, so back to wanting one tank. Our back-up tanks are good, so we can be picky, and it's the 11th spot on the roster. Everyone raids each night; we substitute between bosses based on loot, needs, etc. We can run a really lean roster because we use alt toons from the other 10-man team, official alternates/reserves, and an extensive friends network to fill any unexpected gaps.

Join us in time for our first kill of Heroic Maloriak on Sunday. We'll be progressing all the way through patch day.
