10/13 25 man heroic rdruid and enh/resto shammy LFG (25 only)

We are not a package deal, however we would like to begin the application process together. Evaluation will of course occur on an individual basis, but there needs to be open recruitment for the both of us.

Times: 7-11 CST is ideal with flexibility as late as 8-12 CST. 3 nights a week preferably, but will do 4 if a good fit otherwise.

Progression: We are 10/13 HM25, we are seeking a 13/13 HM25 guild for Firelands.

Atmosphere: We come prepared to raids, consumables, gear/enchantments/reforging, fight knowledge in advance. We expect the same from the guild that we apply to. If members are slacking in these areas, we expect the guild to not just look the other way cause so-and-so has been raiding for such a long time.

We are not looking to join a guild that is in a re-building phase. That is what we're leaving. While I completely commiserate with the guilds going through this, if we wanted to continue dealing with this, we'd stay where we are. We seek a stable home with a reliable core, we have extremely high attendance, and we want to be surrounded by those who also do.

We do not want a leadership who feels that demeaning/yelling/screaming at members is effective raid-leading. Analyzing fights to see what went wrong, what needs to change, yes definitely! But there are much better methods than the aforementioned.

<Change Machine> was started over a year ago and going strong--We were <Inevitable> on the Velen PVE server then server transferred in March 2010 to Vash.

What We Expect of our Members::
We expect members to be responsible to learn their class and be prepared for every raid before start (all gear enchanted and gemmed w/highest quality, any special consumable besides what we provide, repair money); reading and watching videos on every fight we have planned for that week.

We Prefer all members are 18 or older. We tend to be very crude/obscene/foul at times, and can offend the light hearted. So if you are easily offended by horrible humor and bad language please don't apply then we are not for you.

Loot System *o em ge purples!*::
We do loot by a loot council system where attendance/performance/attitude come into play. Tanks and healers usually come before dps.

PTR/Beta:::
We do have a bunch of raiders that copy toons over and work actively in learning new content before release to be prepared/familiar with the encounters.
