Ok, so, playing with google translator I found the answer.
Input this 車輪がん into google translator. It's like WTF.
Actually I'm pretty shur the meaning brought to us by subs is part of some intrincated second/third/whatever use of the katakana/hiragana symbols used there, but I found it kinda weird.

when i tried it the first time it said cancer wheel. then i tried it again and it said "Transcription"
