[A] Principia Discordia (Proudmoore - US) 12/12 LFM for Firelands

Principia Discordia is a new 10 Man Heroic Mode Raid Guild (US Proudmoore). We formed late start this tier, but have achieved 12/12. Heroic Modes are our focus now & in Firelands. While we take a serious approach to raiding, we have fun as well. We have experience with hard modes in previous tiers (11/12 ICC 25 HM, 4/5 ToGC 25 HM, etc).

We have the majority of our raid core in place, and are looking for more exceptional players to fill out our roster for Firelands. We plan to have a strong heroic mode presence in Firelands and beyond. Most of our raid core has been raiding since Vanilla, and some of us have been friends for the last 2-3 years.

We do what it takes to make the most of the 10 hour weekend raid schedule we maintain. Raiding for five hours (with breaks) on the 2 nights we do raid. At the same time, we enjoy a drama free and laid back atmosphere. Our goal as a guild is to be progressive and competitive in heroic modes while not taking ourselves too seriously. We expect our raiders to be familiar with current theory crafting and stat weights. We have NO tolerance for elitist pricks, drama queens or carrying people who stand in fires. While most guilds say that, we actually enforce it. We highly value treating other guild members and people on Proudmoore with respect. Our raid times work well for Aussies and Americans who like to raid on the weekends. We have a mix of both.

Raid Schedule:
-Friday 6:00PM - 11:00PM PST (Server Time) = (Saturday 11AM-4PM AEST)
-Saturday 6:00PM - 11:00PM PST (Server Time) = (Sunday 11AM-4PM AEST)

Recruitment:
Recruitment is open for our core 10 man raid team. We currently need 1 Block Tank and 1 Healer. Our recruitment needs are:

Tanks:
-Protection Paladin (High)
-Protection Warrior (High)

Healers:
-Restoration Shaman (High)

We prefer players with 9 or 10/12 experience. Hard mode experience in previous tiers is a big plus. If you think you're what we're looking for please apply.
