What classes together with a holy paladin in arenas?

I'm a raiding retri paladin who has holy as offspec. I like healing in pvp for some variety. I have heard holy paladins are the worst in BGs and arenas. Still, I want to do arena. What classes are best for 2vs2 and 3vs3 together with a holy paladin?

Edit: Since the ucrrent season is almost over, I'm talking about what's best after patch 4.2 comes.

At the moment?
Frost dk and arms warrior work well with hand of freedom and they have a few tricks for surviving.
we like to have classes that can live while we are stuck in CC for 8 seconds or so.

Glad to hear you don't want to change class or stay Retri, regardless of what people say.
Arms Warrior, DK, Feral Druid, Enhancement shammy, and I think nearly all the physical classes work well with Holy Paladins.

Hpally/UH DK I see coming back in strength in 4.2.

Hpally/Melee dps is the combo you'll have the best luck with.

For 2v2 go with Hpala/DK or Hpala/Warrior

And for 3v3 you can have Hpala/Frost DK/Frost DK or Hpala/Warrior/Warrior or Hpala/Warrior/Frost DK.

After 4.2 try maybe
Hpala/Unholy DK/Affliction Lock
Hpala/Warrior/Mage
Hpala/Warrior/Unholy DK

and probably some others..

2v2 tho stick with Hpala/Warrior or Hpala/Unholy DK

Seeing as both of those classes are not as overpowered (anymore) as you make them out to be. The nerfbat smacked(this is happening in 4.2 as well) them fairly hard.

Granted.. they are not as bad as they once were.. however.. they still seem to be the last dps in the game capable of soloing a healer before he goes oom.. so i'd say they're still above where they should be.. (tho as you said 4.2 will probably fix that)

Frost DK and Arms Warrior are definitely the best partners for a holy paladin atm. Frost DK/Frost DK/Holy Paladin works aswell due to the current state of frost DKs

In my opinion, Holy paladins are the best healers for cleave teams in 3v3, in other setups people prefer other healers.
In 2v2 Holy paladins are quite good.
Every healer is good in BG's.

In 2v2 try go with an Arms warrior or Unholy/Frost DK.
in 3v3 stick with Cleave; Warrior/DK/Feral.

He's talking about 4.2, where elemental shamans are getting significantly buffed. So it'll probably be a pretty good setup
