GTS 450 & TV Reseting

Every once in awhile lately, my TV will reset like the video card is resetting the ratio or something. I know it is not the TV cause I play my XBOX 360 on it and it doesn't do it then.

I have the Palit GTS 450, any takers on what is going on? I am using a standard HDMI cable as well, if that helps any.

Is what I have, has been running great till today when it started doing it.

Does your display-drivers reset? When I had issues with my old GS9600M, my drivers would reload causing the screen to reset.

Have you overclocked your Graphics-card in any way?

How do I know if the drivers are reseting?

I am using afterburner:
Core Voltate: 1050
Core Clock (MHz): 900
Shader Clock (MHz): 1800
Memory Clock (MHz): 2000

It also seems to be only doing it when I am in WoW at the moment.
