Necrotic strike in pvp

Can any fellow dk tell me how are they utilizing this strike to the maximum potential?

a few questions:

1. does the strike stacks? can i stirike 3-4 times and stack to 30-40k heals absorbed?

2. does necrotic strike means absorb the heals into converting to your hp?

1. yes it stacks
2. none of the absorbed heal ever reaches the target until necrotic strike is removed

Don't worry about it. just use necrotic strike for ur unholy/death runes and youll do fine

The health isn't absorbed into YOUR HP.

To fully make sure you make it absolutely impossible for a healer to survive (excluding peels and bubbles), You open with Outbreak, pop your trinket / pillar of frost, spam 4x necrotic strike, blood tap, 1x necro, ERW, Strangulate, 4x Necrotic Strike.
