I'm mostly looking to get a new video card at this exact moment, but over time I will be upgrading the whole system as needed (however I do not plan to upgrade my sound or network card, so that information will be left out).

Chip type: GeForce 9500 GS
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC

What I am looking for:

Looking to upgrade video card, but possibly processor if it is an issue that is slowing down performance.

As far as a video card, I am looking to stay under $200 (something around $150 would be nice, but if need be I can splurge).

My OS and bit will stay the same, as well as the current resolution.

I want to be able to play on high with 80 fps, and if in the price range ultra with at least 60 fps. ( I'll also be playing other games on this PC, such as Dragon Age, Elder Scrolls, etc).

- If I left out any helpful/necessary information, just let me know and I'll supply it.
