About us:
Obsidian is reincarnation of the guild that existed on Saurfang until early 2010. With announcment of Cataclysm raiding changes the old crew got back together, chose Silvermoon as our new home port and is looking for few more able crewmates.

As for people behind the keyboard most of us are vanilla WoW veterans in their mid twenties who grew up playing video games and enjoy the challenge and excitement of hard mode raiding.

What can we offer:
Friendly atmosphere with a sense of community.
Skilled and experienced guild members and leading.

What we expect from you:
General
• Members must be able to communicate in English.
• Members will always be well-behaved towards other guild members, as well as people outside the guild.

Raiding
• Obsidian is a 10 man guild.
• Members are expected to be able to attend 3 raid nights per week on a regular basis.
• EPGP Loot distribution
• Members will sign up in advance for all raids.
• Members will be available to join a guild raid if online during raid time.
• You should notify the guild in advance about any holidays or other long absence.

Your character
• Be prepared 10 minutes before the start of raid invites.
• You should be able to take constructive criticism, in terms of character improvement.
• Drama queening, lootwhoring and other kinds of unproductive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Software & Hardware
• You are expected to maintain hardware capable of raiding at the highest level.
• Ventrilo voice chat.
• After any patch, you should ensure your addons are updated.

Raid schedule:
Raid times are 19:30-23:00 on Wednesday, Thursday, Monday

Loot Distribution:
We use EPGP to distribute loot.
