EU PvP Server - What's server?

We are 4 friends and after 6 months pause we want return to play World of Warcraft. We have sold old account, then we must create a new character from lvl 1.

We search a good EU PvP server, with active PvP Guild who do a lot of Rated BGs and search m8s for Arena Team.

We want to play Alliance and dont want a server with not balanced population ratio. Because we want play a Open BGs (Tol Barad) and do a lot of World PvP.

Any guild or people can raccomended a good server?

Outland EU is the most active server in terms of RBGs and World PVP compare to any other realm. The population ratio was something like 1.1.1, last time I checked.
