DMC:Tsunami vs Tyrande's Fav Doll

Got Shard of Woe yesterday so I'm having to replace one of the above obviously - however I'm torn for which one is the weaker of the two.

I've googled, read several forums, and theres no clear standout.

What would you suggest?

FWIW I'm leaning towards TFD - as 4200mana a minute seems greater than 400 spirit, but I'm not certain, hence the topic.

TFD if you use it on cooldown, atleast I prefer TFD and I have the tsunami trinket aswell.

TFD is better than tsunami. Stick to that.

There's even a post at EJ that ranks it as second bis trinket below Shard of Woe but i don't know if it's still accurate.
