Looking to find a good pair of weight lifting straps. My grip is giving out on my 4-5 set of heavy lifting.
Im looking at http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gl/neopad.html right now. I am sure that they will do jsut fine, but i was wondering if anyone else using anyother kind of strap for heavy weights in later sets.
To be completely honest with you, unless you're deadlifting at least 2x your own weight, there's no reason for you to ever need straps for any lifts. Work on your grip.
