TL;DR
Because I've heard this all before. The simple thing to do would be to quit wouldn't it.

I did, though to be honest not because of the lore, but because I was seriously bored after 6 years.
But I still like to keep tabs on the news and discussions, maybe I'll re-sub for a 5th time if they change the way the game is growing. (about 3 of those unsubs were during Wrath)
If I do though, it most likely will be DESPITE of the lore as it stands, and that kind of saddens me, but it was and still has the potential to be a fun game.

The lore though, as much as I love Warcraft lore pre-2005 is a trainwreck.
