I suggest picking a Not-to-crowded server with a great battlegroup. Look through the PvP servers in BG9 and find out which one you like the most ( is BG9 still the best around there? )

I can say with quite a bit of certainty that US-Tichondrius Alliance is probably the best place to pvp.

Oceanic is frostmourne alliance easily.
