Ive got the cloak of thredd atm (bis before any raid)
but i just got the frost lord ahune one
180strenght
296 stamina
increase ur dodge rating 143
and 941 armor


so the lord ahune one got 400 more armor , with multiplier around 1600


so the question remains wich one is better?

Plus the strength does not get multiplied in the next patch. It will have superior dodge but its not worth the loss of Agility at all

dont want to open up a new thread, so ill put it up here:

what shoulder/leg/head enchats are you going to use for tanking with 4.2? will the new leg enchant with 55dodge be better than our old 55agi one?

im leaning towards using the agi enchants because i think that this delays the DR of dodge a little bit more sind we will be reforging more dodge anyway with hight ilvl gear

I am fairly positive the agi leg enchant will still be the best leg armor to use for bears.

Stamina notwithstanding, Agility > Dodge > Mastery/Crit > Exp > Hit/Exp(after soft cap) > Haste. As far as I know stat priorities haven't changed. For the other enchants, I would guess stamina head enchant, either shoulder enchant (though I would use stamina).
