    BlueScreen Error - Please Help

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: 056177A0
    BCP2: 00000002
    BCP3: 00000001
    BCP4: 82C6D21C
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\062711-20186-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Alec\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-38126-0.sysdata.xml
This is the error I keep getting about 20 minutes into having my PC on and running. Any help would be appreciated.

The system just goes to a BlueScreen, says the computer is crashing, something about a file dump?, and something about drivers and adequate space, then it shuts down. It happens to fast for me to read everything.

    Thanks.

You should navigate to the files listed:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\062711-20186-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Alec\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-38126-0.sysdata.xml

And copy / paste the info here. You've listed nothing more than the general info, the meat and potatoes are inside those log files. You can also refer to your control panel > administrative tools > event viewer. While in event viewer browse through the application and system logs and look for any errors corresponding with the time your computer shuts off. You can access this information through windows safe mode if need be. With that information you can diagnose whether it is Windows, software, or hardware related. Or if you are unsure look for an error then post the information found here for diagnosis.

The first one says I need a program to open it and I don't know which one.

The second one apparently doesn't exist.

0xA errors are pretty general errors. If you can find the minidump file (should be in C:\Windows\Minidump) and upload it, we might be able to examine it and give you a better idea of where to start.

Without the minidump, I'd suggest updating your drivers or even rolling back any recent driver updates.

    How do I upload it?

Also, what can I use to open it?

    Very confused.
