4.2 feral PVP help?

Hi there,
for like 3-4 years i ve been playing my druid moonkin/resto, maybe some tanking here and there. Recently i decided to switch my offspec for feral pvp, i m really enjoying it (cant really heal anymore in arena) but i can t find an accurate list of our better stats. I know that in pve everything is changing in base of what gear do you have if 2t11, 2t12 or 4t12. Can t really find what s happening about PVP. I need to stack mastery and crit to certain level then haste? Only mastery? only crit?
Can anyone help me pls? I'm planning to play 3v3 with an (easy) setup like shaman feral dk and Shaman feral for 2v2.

Spell pen. cap > Hit cap (5%) > Mastery > Crit > Haste > Expertise

I read it and i know how useful it is, but i was searching if there were some stat change in 4.2

I think it will be a battle between crit and mastery, depending on the comp/bracket you are playing and personal preferences.
I personally will still be reforging to mastery, due to the fact that bleeds are not getting nerfed.
