I'm sure there will be. I believe they stated somewhere that they intend to release 5 mans along with (or apparently inbetween) raids. It's also been the trend since ToC.
I'm hoping they continue to do so because even though I'm a fairly hardcore raider, I do enjoy going into 5 mans with my friends. Especially on alts.

Probably with the next major patch/raid - Firelands was ment to come with ZA/ZG.
