I disagree with the Neck as I think the Fetish is a better neck and the Bracers are not available @ 391 only 378. Now since haste has dropped nearly .20 from 4.1 due to unknown reasons the 378 bracers look better than 391 Bracers full of Haste. Personally I'm going to continue running sims to try and see where this big Haste drop came from but the list is pretty close to what everyone will use.

Trinkets are up in there air still but Crit and Mastery are close however I'm getting better results with trinkets that aren't stacking required so maybe we will just swap around a lot.

I still find apparatus very weak and after some testings on exemplar's spreadsheet and simulationcraft i'd go with vessel and probably heart of rage heroic if the expertise isn't wasted or pushing it essence of eternal flame heroic. t11 trinkets seems superior though.
