Patch Troubles

ok... so i download new patch and all. go to play my net fucks up... ok thats fairo. neways come back 10hrs later after work to see if i can play and yes i can play but ill b in for the 5-10 mins then it freezes on me.... i run the wow repair said that was all fine checked all my drivers to make sure they were all up to date. only option i have left is to delete wow and reinstall now i dont really want to do that... is there anything anyone else can think of that will either help..

Don't forget the option to delete the cache.
There is also a cache folder inside the data folder
