iTunes. As a music player it's not the best (I liked Foobar better when I tried it) but since it's what I buy all my music through, it's more convenient to use it to me.

How can you actually buy music when it's extremely easy to get it for free? Not everything is illegal!

iPhones are alright but I don't really like how they remove certain apps that are great, fortunately you can get those apps on Android phones instead. I'm very sorry if I offended anyone using an iPhone but I just wanted to state my opinion and never really thought about the impact it would make on others, I promise that I'll never do it again (especially not in caps)

On-topic,
I use VLC to watch movies (although I've heard a lot of good things about WMP Classic) and Grooveshark for music. I think it's sad when some people I know that doesn't use Spotify on their phones pay for Spotify Premium and then only use it on the computer.

I use iTunes because I have an iPhone.. But I wouldn't be using it if I didn't. I'm incredibly anal about keeping artist names all the same and capitalized, which I wish I could do in batches.

I use MediaMonkey, it can also sync with prettymuch everything (my phone and iTouch) and only use iTunes for the apps.

Media player classic supports mp3! You put your mp3s in the same folder to make a primitive playlist and tada it's like windows 95 again except now you have way more mp3s!

Otherwise boring spotify.

I've used WinAMP for over 11 years....something to be said for doing it right all this time.
I have an iTouch and use iTunes to sync with that(Music, apps, Podcasts), but i listen to music and make the playlists in WinAMP and just export them to iTunes.
I have used literally 100's of different skins for it over the years, i always end up going back to the minimalistic ones though. Something about a nice minimalistic interface just makes me smile.
