DBM has its own boss frames built in, and in multiple boss fights it automatically shows itself. That's the only thing I can think of that you can use. I doubt your unit frames can.
I had kind of a problem with this too. Have you tried unlocking the frames? You should be able to manually click and drag them that way. Only problem is I don't know if it will let you do it individually or if it moves them all in one giant block.
@Unify SUF does have boss frames that can replace the default frames and the DBM frames. What OP is asking is if you can separate them from each other so that they're not in a vertical line like the default. For instance, Boss 1 is under your frame, Boss 2 is under your target frame, and Boss 3 is in the middle of your screen. Or something like that.
