WHO WE ARE:

Remix, a level 25, horde raiding guild on Durotan, looking to return to 25's for the impending Firelands raid content. Our raiders are mature, and we do not have, nor do we tolerate drama.. We take raiding seriously, and we have fun doing it.

WHEN WE RAID:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00pm - Midnight EST . 9 Hours per week. We run an organized, efficient raid, and make every minute count toward our goal of downing bosses.

THE TYPE OF PLAYER WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking players who have 25 man raiding experience. Players need to know their classes inside and out, from rotations, spec, to gemming and enchanting, your character needs to be maxed to its potential in your current gear. We need players who are, at a minimum, geared with predominantly 346 gear or higher. Most of our core raiders are 359 and higher.


We do not tolerate crying, or drama. High maintenance players with large heads need not apply. We need players who are willing to do whatever is necessary to help the raid, in other words, don't stay on the boss when you should be killing adds, just so you look cool on the dps meter.


HOW THE RAID IS RUN:

It is not like the military, if someone screws up, they are not berated in front of the guild. The problem is addressed in a civil manner. We realize everyone makes mistakes, and mistakes are part of the game. Player mistakes only become problematic if they re-occur often. If we have a player who has this issue, that player is set aside, and the issue is addressed between the officers and the player in question. Obviously if your play is continually in conflict with the progression of the overall guild, then you are replaced in a respectful manner.


We have a fun environment, that at the same time, gets very quite and serious when it is progression boss time. We get it done and have fun.


The banter isn't vulgar, but if you are extra sensitive, we probably aren't a good fit for you.


LOOT SYSTEM:

Modified DKP. If you show up consistently and do your job, you will get your share of loot.
