    WoW Texture Clipping

I was in Firelands farming trash then can out and everything was like this.

    Spec:
    i7 920 @2.67
    4GB OCZ Ram
    Evga 560TI 1GB (Driver 275.33)
    Evga x58 classified mobo
    750w Ultra X4 Power Supply

I've tried changing the video settings, run a repair and anything else i can think of without reinstalling WoW
The card runs 40-50C during game play idling at ~30C, I have the main side panel so air flow isn't a problem.

Does it do it in any other games?

Try resetting the Nivida controll panel settings to their default settings, and delete your WoW cache. Sorry if this doesn't work, I'm drunk and I should'nt be posting.

Nope ... though the only other game i play is Black Ops

I am guessing there are no harmful repercussions to testing it in an x8 slot vs x16 slot on my mobo?

That won't really determine if textures are clipped or not lol.. This is a software based issue :P
    Intel Core i7 5820K @ 4.2GHz | Asus X99 Deluxe Motherboard | 16GB Crucial DDR4 2133 | MSI GTX 980 4G GAMING | Corsair HX750 Gold | 500GB Samsung 840 EVO

hijacking my own thread ... was a random tangent question

Resetting nvidia settings + clearing cache didn't work Installing SC2 now to see if it happens while playing it as well ... Depending on the outcome either reinstall WoW or my nvidia drivers

SC2 is fine so I guess I shall reinstall WoW :S Great way to spend a Sat
