[H] Paradigm Nordrassil 6/7 FL & 7/13 T11 heroic is recruiting!

Paradigm is a 10 man progression oriented guild on Nordrassil EU looking to strengthen its roster for Firelands and beyond. We are looking for serious players who know their class and are ready to put in the time and effort to face new challenges together with us.

Paradigm is made up of former players from Mortalis, one of the top guilds on the server and the second guild on Nordrassil to get Lich King 25 heroic. We’ve recently reformed under a new banner and a new leadership team to pursue our goals in World of Warcraft more vigorously.

Our progress is currently 6/7 in Tier 12 and 7/13 Heroic Tier 11.

Recruitment is currently open to the following classes:
Druid - Balance and Feral
Mage - Arcane and Fire
Rogue - Assassination, Combat, Subtlety
Warlock - Affliction, Demonology, Destruction

Our immediate goal is to expand to 25man content so we are looking for mature individuals who are team players, who respect others and will put the guild first. Our raid leaders will occasionally ask people to sit out certain boss fights in order to ensure that we have the best team available for the specific encounter as well as to make sure that gear is efficiently distributed to those who need it. In other words, if you do not need any loot from a specific boss we hope that you will gladly step out for someone who does. Others will do the same for you.

Applicants must fulfill these criteria to be granted trial:
- Over 18 (exceptions can be made for well written applications)
- Able to attend 4 raids per week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Our raids start at 8 PM server time
- Got experience with hard mode raiding
- Have at least one profession that improves key stats for your class
- Able to sit out the occasional raid while being ready to join on short notice if needed.
- Have an internet connection that can be trusted
- Motivated to raid even if it entails 100s of wipes to get to the next progression step
- Accept a 4 week trial period (this doesn't mean there wont be much loot in your trial-period
- You do not emo-rage over loot
