Any way to turn "Q and "E" into modifiers like ctrl and alt?

As the thread title suggest .Is there a addon i can use or a way i can do this?

There are programs you can use to remap your keys so that Ctrl and Alt replaced by q and e but the Blizz UI does not allow for more than 3 modifiers.

Check your keyboard's driver software. If it allows you to re-map keys, it's possible. Otherwise, the WoW API doesn't allow any keys except ctrl, alt and shift to be used as modifiers for macros and/or key bindings.
