Dinner Raiding are currently recruiting the following:

1 Exceptional Feral Druid Tank (You must have a good DPS offspec).
1 Exceptional Protection Paladin (You must have a good DPS offspec).
1 Exceptional Protection Warrior (You must have a good DPS offspec).
1 Exceptional Shadow Priest.
1 Exceptional Enhancement Shaman.
1 Exceptional Restoration Shaman.
1 Exceptional Fury/Arms Warrior.

Some short info about DinG:

DinG is a Alliance Raidgroup on the Earthen Ring (EU) server which is searching for members for our Cataclysm campain to raid 25 man raids. We are a group with a solid core of members who sport several years of raiding experience each, from Zul Gurrub to Sunwell Plateau to ICC25HC.

We are Currently 1/7 Firelands25 Heroic.

On the none raiding side of things, our most recent achievement was to get the Server First Guild Level 25!

DinG considers itself to be a "casual" raidgroup. Casual means we only raid 3 times a week (Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday from 19:45 till 23:30 (+/-15 minutes server time)) with at least one day between the raiding days, so our members have time to prepare and get the needed consumables without too much stress and with a "free" weekend to enjoy social activities with their non gaming friends. We expect our members to be available on atleast two of these raiding days. Three would be preferred to keep the team as small as possible.

Do NOT mistake casual with slacking, being unfocussed or not prepared during ongoing raids; we raid to kill stuff, not to wipe there cause of individual members messing up because their cat jumps on their keyboard or the cake in the oven is about to get burned.

*You should know your class, you wont last long if you dont have a clue about the basics of your classes abilities.
*You gear average ilevel is 360+ (Entry Level for Firelands). We also expect this gear to be properly in line with your spec/talents and not just using PVP gear to 'bump' up your average iLvl.
*When you join us, you should be prepared to wipe endless times on new encounters during progression raids, we expect you to have the staying power to do so.
*You should know that we expect you to come prepared to raids (Encounter knowledge, Food, Flasks, Repair money!)
*Having the best enchantments/glyphs/gems on your gear/character suited for your role in the raid - no matter if it's epic, blue or of a general low item level - it's mandatory.
*We expect you to visit our forum regularly and you should know our group rules.
*Ventrilo is required, including microphone; You will also need the latest version of BigWigs/DBM/DXE and Omen.
*If you even dare to watch TV, play with your cat, cook dinner or do anything that distracts you from raiding; you can consider yourself to be excluded from the group.
*Of course you should have an ENGLISH!!! game client installed, to avoid confusion when playing with your english speaking friends.

Some 'hints'' to making a successful application (This is aside from the PvE requirements, its tells you what we expect from you aside from gear etc):

*Remember what you write is what we read, if you want your application to be taken seriously you should show effort when writing it. We don't care THAT much if your gear is a few iLevels low but we do care what you write in your answers, this is how we analyse you on a personal level. Its from your application that we judge you, remember that.
*Things like enchants show dedication and effort, having your gear fully enchanted with the best possible enchants goes a long way to making a good impression.
*When applying please try to log out in the appropriate PvE gear, with the spec you will be raiding on. Posting your application with you in PvP or ever RP gear! and PvP spec isnt very useful to us.
*We care a lot more about attitude towards raiding, dedication to raiding and your general class knowledge than your gear. We supply the gear and to some extents the experience if we think your good and dedicated enough. If your application is serious and shows effort it will be taken into consideration.

As long as you show you're putting effort into your application, your application will be taken seriously.
