how do holy paladins use their judgements ?

I forget if casting judgement also engages the auto attack, but I have this macro for every ability in every spec, with differences in the /cast line of course. Also, I don't think /startattack will choose 'stupid' targets, like ones that are a gabillion miles away out of combat, or behind you. Might be wrong, I'm usually targeting a mob most times anyway.

I use the same macro as Ruzhyo, it's perfect since it starts you auto-attacking so that when you get into melee range you're proccing SoI. The other nice thing about it is that when you run into a room with only 1 mob you can just hit that and auto-target the boss.

I always have the boss as my target so I can see when he's casting abilities, see bosses health to know when abilities/phases are triggered etc. I also use Vuh'Do for healing (basically the same thing as mouseover macros) so I never have to target a toon to heal it. I have the Judgement macro on my hotbar.
