Valor Ring and Neck(Tank) for Ret

So, the name of the thread is almost self explicatory. With the huge amount of mastery and dodge/parry being reforjable, it gives 20+ str than the rep one and the 359 rings?
So what do you think, is it worth later on?

The VP neck and ring are bis for 378 until you can get the crystallized fires to upgrade the boe neck and ring from firelands trash.

I use tank items as fillers, as in my back (Manntle of Patience) so go for it!

My advice - do the math using the latest stat weights; generally mastery on a tanking item compared to haste/crit on a DPS item, in combination with additional strength, will prove to be an upgrade, but you should always check on a case by case basis.
