Guild Details
Talons is a 'mid-core' guild in that our expectations of our players' performance and preparation is extremely high. Raiders are to prepare by having studied the fights ahead of time, bringing flasks, pots, and food (in addition to Guild Bank provided goods), be properly gemmed and enchanted, as well as know their class/spec and the nuances therein.
However, we understand that RL > WoW and we'll never get upset at a member for missing a raid due to any IRL activities/obligation as long as we are informed so we can plan ahead.
Loot is distributed via loot council. Metrics used in loot council decisions are objective and viewable on our website so a member can understand our decisions.
We try to keep a friendly environment and discourage ridiculous egos. This is a game, and we try to keep it fun!
