Just throwing it out there as an option. The E8400 CPU is rather painless to overclock up to 3,8-4GHz with an aftermarket cooler, probably 3,2-3,3GHz with stock. If you could invest on a new cooler like hyper 212+ (around 30€ / 270SEK) it would allow you to greatly increase the potential of your E8400, and, be (most likely) usefull in your new build as the hyper 212+ supports 1155 socket too (sandy bridge and the upcoming ivy bridge).

Wait, really? Because the 6550 IGP in the A8-3850 llano can't run those, and it's a 4 core. Don't know the clock speed off the top of my head, but whatever.

well, not all those games on med-high, i meant WoW only. but yes, witcher 2 and those others can run, on low-med, with playable fps. resolution is only 1280 by 1024 if that makes a difference. i guess it depends what FPS you are used to though. i don't have fraps or anything but they seem fine to my eyes, but then i've always have lower fps numbers so i'm more used to it. i'd estimate at like 20-30 fps which suits me :S
