3d acceleration and radeon hd 4650 agp need help

My 3d acceleration is disabled when i checke directx. How do I turn it on? I use a radeon hd 4650 agp and windows xp.

AGP cards require a slightly different download:

You with all certainly do not have graphics card drivers installed on your machine. Because of that, direct 3D hardware acceleration does not work. And because that doesn't work, WoW is not able to start.

As stated, WoW can't run on unicorn blood or magical fairy dust... It takes hardware drivers which you DO NOT have :P
