    <Night Watch> LF Ret Pally w/ hard-mode skills for FL 10pm-1am PST T/W/Sun

Are you serious about your leisure time? How does playing to your full potential for 180 minutes and then getting back to your real life sound to you? If phrases like, "quality over quantity," "chain-pulling," and "camaraderie," go hand-in-hand with, "fun," in your mind, keep reading...

Our mission is to defeat all 10 man heroic modes while they are current content. We cultivate a friendly atmosphere and a fair degree of professionalism while maintaining a healthy perspective. Our raids are highly focused and productive to both maximize our limited raid time, and allow us to enjoy all the other things life has to offer.

Night Watch is made up of people who are:
    •focused
    •responsible
    •self-critical
    •willing to learn
    •self-driven
    •good teammates

After some fun with d/c issues and real-life emergencies in the first week, we are now 6/7.

Night Watch was formed as a late start to Cataclysm, with recruiting opened in mid-March and raiding shortly thereafter. We're pretty pleased that in the remaining time on tier 11, while recruiting a brand new team, we were able to down hard mode Halfus, Atramedes, Chimaron, and Maloriak (with a particularly annoying 2% wipe on Magmaw as well). In fact, we'd be further progressed if Red Team hadn't lost two tanks on the same day to a change of jobs and a nasty hand/arm injury. We progressed from 1/13 to 4/13 with offspec/alt tanks anyway, but the pace did slow somewhat as a result.

The point is, we're serious about our raiding, and successful at progressing at a good pace. We decline applicants or bench people, even folks we really like, if they are slowing us down or don't have both hard mode aptitude and attitude.

Blue Team is also a hard-mode, 10-man progression raiding team, with the same expectations, access, and opportunities. As the newer team, it's still filling in the last spot or two on the roster with official applicants, although the PUG scene here on Kilrogg is excellent. Blue Team's raid leader was originally subbed into Red Team raids, got hard mode kills, and spent time leading progression fights. If it's not clear already: we build for success, and this is not in any way our "second-string" team. (Blue Team currently has 4/7 down with guests/PUGs filling in 1-2 spots each raid.)

Blue Team raids 10pm-1am PST on Mon/Thurs/Fri and is accepting applications for the following, with adjustments TBD depending on raid comp:
    1 Healer: Resto Shaman
Note: we do have excellent back-up healers most nights; they just can't commit to our schedule.

Red Team raids 10pm-1am PST Tues/Wed/Sun and is accepting applications for the following:
1 DPS: Ret Paladin (prot off-spec would be bonus)

    Our raiding in a nutshell:
We require a World of Logs parse or similar report from all applicants, even if it's just Baradin Hold as a PUG.
We expect 75% attendance or 9 raids (of 12) in any four week period.
All raiders should have a boss mod (e.g., DBM) and Vent. Additionally, healers are expected to have suitable raid frames and some way of casting with the mouse (e.g., Clique, mouseover macros, etc.).
Loot uses a main spec > off-spec open roll system with a master looter for transparent, common-sense filtering.
We run both rosters at 11 people, with everyone raiding each night and substitutions between bosses. Alts from the other team and extensive friends lists provide a solid pool of reserves.

Help a poor recruiting officer nail these last 2 spots so he can work on his alt's gear and be able to back-up raid lead in an emergency.
